You click the settings button in the workshop, it’s on top, you click the 1st box that says flat,

@LeKirbsterWrinkles, The picture isn't a render, it's a drawing. The minifigure is from the workshop, I changed the lighting in settings to flat, took out the grid/floor and used the screenshot tool. I then put the picture in my drawing app, drew the crystal powers and shading/highlights, drew a backround, and put them together with the logo. I'm not super good at rendering and I haven't figured out how to use blender yet so I just draw and edit everything myself
