The set no. 4552 "Cargo Crane," also known as "Track Repair Team," came out in 1995. Basically, a predecessor to a 99’ set no. 4541 "Rail and Road Service Truck" which I recently built on Mecabricks too: https://www.mecabricks.com/en/models/KbjQyyyPjdG

It includes a mobile crane on the platform, an additional smaller freight platform for 4x8 containers, and a few cargo objects: a small booth for personnel, a welding machine complete with a mask, and a few heavy blocks to load or unload with a crane. There’s also a tiny handcar/trolley with a toolbox in the back. Two train workers handles all the machinery.
