Lego 10225 updated to remove the majority of the unique or rare parts, replacing them with more readily available alternatives. The aim has been to preserve as much of the original model and its construction techniques as possible.

This versatile little droid actually only had one unique part - the four reddish brown flexible hoses providing detail on the feet. Due to the lack of reddish brown flexible parts, I replaced with a more common 14301 12L light bluish grey hose.

However, I have taken the opportunity to edit the interior of the model and tone down the colour vomit. I've swapped the parts for colours used elsewhere in the model.

Now all he needs is an X-Wing...

Disclaimer: This is a digital MOC/MOD of the 10225, and has not been tested in real life. While every effort has been made to ensure that the bricks would interlock securely, this may not always be the case and the final assembly may turn out to be very fragile.
