how the heck do you get models on objects like that?? did you model the dresser yourself or did you use an image? just wondering

Oh, I've done it in Blender. The dresser is build from only three cubes with bevels. The material is texture based. The watch is a 3D model too, but downloaded (impossible for me) from a free 3d site.
I've modeled the missing LEGO-Parts also in Blender.
