Due to a servo malfunction, The Puppeteer is piloted by 3 highly maneuverable drones that carry the body and arms, while the legs are still able to move on themselves. The cables attaching the drones to the body are the most vulnerable part of the synchro, but as a counter-measure when the "strings" are cut, the waist of the body detaches and becomes a drone mothership, sending itself and the other drones for a last stand.
