The TIE/ph Phantom is a prototype TIE Series starfighter developed by the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. It is equipped with deflector shields, a hyperdrive and a stygium cloaking device.

The development project was led by Grand Admiral Martio Batch (Minifigure on the right).

***

I designed this starship from various sources found on the Internet. It is made without clipping and thus can be built in real life!

The cloaking effect works best when you see the animation for the 2nd or 3rd time (or more... but not the 1st time
you see what I mean...)

I hope you like it.

Should the Grand Admiral say something in the end? Like "Nice", or "Dope", or anything...?
I could not decide...

I feel like he should say "good show!" because all imperials are british, then he should say "this will aid our attack against the loathsome rebels!"
