Are the arms suppose to move at the elbow? The cog-beam position makes it locked into one position.

Cakery, it would be locked if it was connected in the centre of the cog but it is of center so it should be able to move just like a steam train

Correction: It would be able to move if the other end of the beam is attached to a circular and moving object, but since it isn't it wouldn't be able to move. The legs are insane though.

The top of the forearm beam is connected to a turntable. I don't mess around with eccentric rods.
