I don't actually hate anyone here, but my favorite song right now is "Hot Girl Bummer" by blackbear (no caps), and the main chorus line is "I hate your friends and they hate me too" (I've got the lyrics down). Awesome song, and it's been my favorite for about 3 months now. Though I do suggest being at least 12-13 to listen to it, and please, PLEASE listen to a clean version so your parents don't find me and kill me. Another great song is "me & ur ghost" also by blackbear. Also in need of a good clean version unless you want to have your parents go to jail for extreme child abuse (and earghasm).

Yes there is a thumbnail, but it won't show up...

Mmmmmmmmmmmm...no. I don't mean to offend you, but I despise that song. I listen to the radio a lot and that song just drives me crazy. Again, I don't want to offend you. Also why doesn't the thumbnail show up?

Thanks Bishop. Why do you think I said it though?

Don't worry Inter.

@Mr. Brick: Dang. Why don't you like it? Though I can understand.
To each his/her own! I don't know why the thumbnail doesn't show up though. What type of music do you like?

You did make that Bishop. Full credit to you - I did that just to get you to click it, and because you have the best/ most complete/ I love how Citrine is getting his brains beat out friends model on MB, so...

I mostly listen to Marshmello, soundtrack, some pop and alternative.
Rubrickscube

Welcome Bishop.

@MrBrick: That makes sense. I listen to some Marshmello (Tongue-Tied - because of blackbear - You Can Cry, I really want to listen to Crusade with SVUDDEN-X-DEATH, and I like Project Dreams too), but I don't like his Joytime albums. Pop is controversial, because there is great stuff like Hot Girl Bummer, Lucid Dreams and Roxanne, and then there is crap like "One Dance", Someone You Loved and Dancing With a Stranger.

Alternative is awesome though, and Cradles is a really great song.
Rubrickscube
Sorry about that, music is the only thing I can get ticked over. Though I don't care if people don't like my stuff, I just hate a lot of music in general and don't care to hide it. Though some songs grow on me, like "Attention" by Charlie Puth, Bad Guy, and My Oh My by Camilla Cabello and DaBaby (though DaBaby is in it so it is auto great).

"Good News" by Mac Miller is trying to make its way up to my current favorite song spot, though blackbear still dominates.
MrBrick
Yessss....some pop is just garbage. Though I have to (once again) disagree, I don't like Bad Guy, Roxanne or My Oh My. But I agree about Dancing with a Stranger and Someone You Loved. I also hate a lot of music and don't care what others think. Lately I've been listening to Panic at the Disco and soundtrack. Also See You Again is a good song.
Yeah I have a lot to say about music.

Meanwhile what I listen to...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmtIZ_7ycJw

Jk, my music taste is way too various to explain here, and some of it would probably tick Rubrickscube off XD. But I'll summarize anyway: 50s to 90s rock, modern remixes of said rock songs, 30s blues, surf music, 80s pop and a little bit of modern pop, the Terminator 2 SNES game soundtrack, cool national anthems/military songs, movie soundtracks (mostly Batman), and whatever the hell shows up in my recommended on youtube mixes (ive actually found pretty good pop songs that way)
Rubrickscube

@MrBrick: Nice. I will take it that you aren't the biggest fan of rap ever.
Nice to know we have a similar mindset. "I hate your music and it hates me too".
P!ATD is pretty good too, and See You Again is also good - though overplayed. I mean, nearly any song gets old after 100 plays though.
Wiz Khalifa is an interesting rapper, and he was on an Oreo commercial recently. XD

@GavGeist: Yeah! That song is great (other than having too small of a chorus - my favorite part XD). I like it when NCS does songs like that and Cradles (by Sub Urban) and Play (by Alan Walker) that are actually real songs, unlike the weird sound compilations they call music that they normally do, because people can actually listen to the music and enjoy it, instead of feeling like they are watching your video in an elevator. Though, I wouldn't advise anyone to use Cradles as background music. When you said "In Your Head", I actually though of "Zombie" by the Cranberries. XD

@TheCalcMan: XD. No, that doesn't tick me off. I love the Tower of Terror queue soundtrack (in Disney World, not Disneyland), and I love a lot of other soundtracks too. I like the Shazam main theme for one, and that is a great one from Spiderman.
That is relatively decent range of music though, and what pop songs did you find that came up on your mix? (What good ones I guess I should say). I have heard a good bit of Taichi, and some of their stuff is great. I honestly don't know what they are either, because they do so much stuff. They've done anime before too.

@Rubrickscube Stick by Ovlov, Star Roving by Slowdive, Two Steps Back by Sudakistan (i dont think they're pop), Baby Please Don't Go by Gary Glitter (don't search that guy up. Trust me. just stick with his songs), and a few others I can't remember
Rubrickscube
It is a great song Phantom.

Thanks for the song suggestions Calc. By the way, from Gary's name, I can guess why not to search him (is he like YUNGBLUD?). But I will give the songs a listen.
CalcManProductions
No problem
. And...what exactly is wrong with YUNGBLUD? I had to search the guy up and i dont exactly see anything wrong with him. Good 'ol Gary on the other hand...well...the guy's currently in prison for reasons I can't mention safely here, but his song "Rock n' Roll" was used in Joker for the stair dancing scene so I guess that's good XD
Rubrickscube
Oh, YUNGBLUD wants to be a different gender.
He used to be a heavy punk rocker, and then... Yeah.

Old Gary. PM me why if you want, I'm not gonna look it up, but if you can censor it a bit I'd be interested to hear that. I have heard that song though. It is pretty good.

@Rubrickscube Yeah I'm not a rap fan. How did you guess XD I had to google that commercial I've never seen it before. Also in the description you said your favorite song right now. How often does it change?

That makes sense Jman. I do too. Listen to some songs from "The Cage and the Elephant", "Muse" or "Sub Urban".

MrBrick: I can tell.
Interesting commercial though. I think my favorite commercial is probably the Post Malone Bud Light (My family doesn't drink, but the commercial is great - don't judge) commercial. It is hilarious. But I usually stick with a "Favorite Song" for about 2-3 months. Sometimes longer (like when I was younger), and sometimes less, but that is the average.
MrBrick
@Rubrickscube Yeah the Post Malone Bud Light commercial was pretty funny. Why would you stick with a favorite song longer when you were younger?
CalcManProductions

@MrBrick I stick with a permanent top 5 list of favorite songs even today XD
Rubrickscube

@Calc: Dedication bro.

@Rubrickscube Now my favorite album (right now) is the Dark Knight Soundtrack.
Rubrickscube

Nice MrBrick. I love Hans Zimmer's stuff, so I feel you.

Patrik Peitschmann has a great piano video for the main theme. A little long (though it is a Zimmer piece), but it is a great adaptation. Though the main theme basically was piano so it wouldn't be the hardest thing ever. XD
CalcManProductions
Omg, Hans Zimmer! When John Williams retires, Hans will most likely take his spot for soundtrack composing. My favorite work of his would have to be the soundtrack for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (He absolutely nailed the Davy Jones theme, so much so that I can't think of any other music to represent Davy Jones)
Bishop1859
*Watches you guys talk about music artists I've never even heard of while listening to the Space Jam Gang-Plank Galleon mashup*
Rubrickscube
@Calc: My gosh I agree. Though I prefer John over Zimmer. I just absolutely 1000% freaking love the Harry Potter soundtracks (please, when I make a videoautobiography put that music over my life), so I auto think that he is better. But Hans Zimmer is second to none, and he has some amazing soundtracks.

On a side note, the Shazam main theme is nearly as good as the Harry Potter main theme (almost).

@Bishop: XD. Now I don't know what you are talking about.

You can just look that up on youtube!

Thank you for the suggestion Bishop. XD I looked it up, and found the thumbnail, but didn't listen to it. I'm gonna assume it is clean (for a variety of reasons), but I didn't play it because I didn't want my MacBook to accidentally start blaring out deafness to my parents.

Really though, I just didn't want to offend my parents or something (it's happened).
Rubrickscube

*Spends next five minutes trying to figure out who King K. Rool is.
Bishop1859
Oh yeah, it's clean!
King K. Rool is the villain of the old Donkey Kong Country games, he rules a species known as Kremlins, a species of humanoid crocodilians! They steal DK's bananas, for whatever reason...
Rubrickscube
Very interesting. XD Yeah, I had thought it was clean though. I'll give it a try.

I was going to suggest a song to you, but I couldn't think of anything... (clean)... let me think.
Rubrickscube

Oh, ok. Listen to "Dissolve", by Absofacto. It is clean and pretty catchy. And also "Black Madonna", by the Cage and the Elephant.
Bishop1859

Wait, they're called kremlings!
Thank you! It's a cool mashup!

But yeah, those songs are 100% lean in all aspects, and "Dissolve" is apparently Elon Musk's favorite song. But Dissolve starts out a bit slow.

Nope. All wrong.

THE LOTR THEMES ARE DA BEST!
Rubrickscube
XD The LOTR themes are pretty good, but I like rap best.
I do like the LOTR main theme a lot though, and there are also some pretty good piano version of that too (I don't know if you ever listen to piano versions).
Rohan's is pretty good too. I don't know though, I might like The Hobbit soundtracks more.
Bishop1859

oops, forgot to say i just listened to dissolve!

@Rubrickscube A good song is Ritmo from the Bad Boys For Life soundtrack, Black Eyed Peas and J Balvin. Also do you listen to the uncensored version of hot girl bummer?
Phantom_Extremis

This is the Ritmo, ETC, thats a fine song! Interesting song Bishop!
Rubrickscube
@Bishop: I listened to it, and it wasn't bad. As soon as I heard it, for some reason I thought of the "Alligator Sky" remix (dubstep/hip hop). Give the OG version of Alligator Sky a listen though, because I can't find the dubstep and I doubt you will be able to either. XD But it was pretty good, and I could see it being a great Nintendo gaming song.

@JMan: I listened to yours too. It was the worst rap I've ever heard............................ (X_X) Just kidding - the worst rap I've ever heard is definitely either by Lil Mama, or Wiz Khalifa. I actually thought that the song you suggested was pretty good, and I suggest listening to "Highest in the Room" by Travis Scott. They both have a similar sound type, and the lyricism is similar too.
Rubrickscube
@MrBrick: No, I don't listen to the uncensored version (though someone I was with accidentally played a bit too much of it before he realized his mistake). Normally I listen to the clean versions of songs, but there are exceptions for non-rap songs sometimes. Not too often though. I love the RITMO though, and I have listened to it several times in the past 24 hours. I love the Spanish part, and the lyrics are hilarious. The Black Eyed Peas are pretty good in general too. Last time I was in Universal, I listened to "Don't ----- With My Heart" while riding Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit (I edited that title not because it is a profanity, but it could still be offensive). I also listened to a Daft Punk song, mixed with "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath. I didn't realize that the songs were uncensored until I rode the ride though. There is a secret list on the ride that can be accessed if you hold down the selection button for a certain amount of time, and then you can type in a code to either select or mix songs. This is an obscure fact however, and no one mentioned that the songs weren't cleaned. XD
MrBrick
@Rubrickscube In Ritmo they mentions Lego so that's cool.
Also I don't really understand about the ride with music, it's a little confusing.
BrickGuy590
I mean I didn't say it was good XD!
Rubrickscube
@MrBrick: So in Universal Studios (specifically Florida) there is a rollercoaster called "Rip Ride Rockit" (Link: https://youtu.be/7V93ueDQky4?t=5), and the main point of the ride is that it plays loud music through all these speakers in your chair. There is a main list of music that you can choose from (all the music on this list is pretty generic), and then there is a secret list of better music (that is obviously secret, so not many people know about it).

@Jman: I liked it.
Did you not?

@TCM: Awesome. I listened to the whole thing, and that was pretty good (nearly as good as Kazakhstan's national anthem). And the video was interesting.

Also@TCM: Another good song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hJ6qBOm3ok . I wouldn't say that it makes me want a Skilsaw tattoo on my neck, but it is still great.

@Rubrickscube I hope you don't mean the Borat Kazahkstan Anthem XD. Btw the scenes in that movie are from a Korean film about...well...the Korean War. And....which monster dared to mix Daft Punk.... with Black Sabbath!?!?! Black Sabbath is great on its own for Christ's sake. @MrBrick: Naw, that would be this: https://youtu.be/8Sw5fyr9rYo . Or the GOAT Imperial March.

@TCM: That monster would be me. XD I just set Black Sabbath to fade into Daft Punk's music like how a DJ would do. It wasn't that bad actually. And I have a pretty decent feel for rock music (I mean, my dad is a drummer who created his own world-wide percussion instruments brand so...
).
Rubrickscube

Also@TCM: Makes sense about the Korean song. I'm just glad it wasn't Kpop. XD But yeah, Post Malone is pretty great. Though if you like Black Sabbath and didn't mind Post Malone then listen to "Take What you Want" by Post Malone ft. Ozzy Osbourne and Travis Scott.
Rubrickscube
