Article 64992 (also named as a "Light Tank with T-100 Gun System" or "T-100 LT") - light tank project, which was aimed to be unified with the Soviet IFV BMP-1. Jointly developed by Research Institute No. 100 and GSKB-47 (State Specialized Design Bureau) in the mid-1960s. The vehicle featured 100-mm active-reactive missile launching system, named T-100, with increasing cumulative projectile armor penetration at range, and a combined armor that could protect tank from 90-mm shells at any distance.
