698 Boeing Aeroplane is a Basic Model LEGOLAND Airport set released in 1977. This set includes 46 pieces. The plane windows are special 2 x 4 bricks with printed windows patterns appearing only in this set and 1552 Sterling Boeing 727, and in blue version in 1560 Lufthansa Boeing 727. This was a Promotional set for JAL (Japan Air Lines). This set is identical to 1552 Sterling Boeing 727 and 1560 Lufthansa Boeing 727.

3475a – Smooth Small Engine, 1x2 Side Plate without Axle Holders (Used 98302)
bb0096 – Vintage Tail (Used 3479)
8c01 – Modified 2x2 Plate with Wheel Holder Bottom and Red Wheel with 14mm D. x 4mm Smooth Small Single Black Tire (Built a stand-in with 2415, 3464, & 59895)
