Great job, these look really good! I like the Commander the best I think.
I must say though, I don't consider the orange suit canon, as it only appeared in LEGO Battles. Which had some inaccuracies to CrystAlien Conflict, which is unquestionably canon to me. But it makes for a good addition to these.

No prob. I would've liked to see more variations to the Mars Mission astronauts, but oh well. I decided to go with the orange suit simply because my alien (the small one) came out awful. I even attempted a 3x3 Brickheadz, that that seems to make it worse. I'll see if I can ever figure it out someday.

The smaller aliens are drones. That would be cool if you could get it to work, it would make a really good addition. Let me know if you do get it to work.
BTW, I think the Alien Queen from LEGO Battles could be canon. Everything else, not sure.
