thank you! Also it is called depth of field and it is quiet easy once you get the hang of it. When you get to the 3D rendering part you just go to where it says camera then scroll to where it says depth of field and click on the box next to it, so there will be a check mark. After that you go to where it says distance and click on the little box that is next to it that looks like a pen. When you click on the box it will turn blue. When it turns blue you hover over the spot that you want to make not blurry (and there should be numbers wherever you move the mouse). then you click on the spot that you want then go back to the part that says depth of field. After that you go to radius. When you click on it you type the number you want (the higher the number the more blurry the background will be). I usually put 3 for radius.
