This set no. 6002-1 'Town Figures' came out in 1983, and it was a limited-edition Minifigure Pack released as part of the LEGOLAND Town System. A similar release, set no. 6002-2 'Castle Figures' came out the same year.
They were sold in plastic blisters instead of traditional cardboard boxes, and this non-standard packaging significantly adds to the collector's value. These early 1980s' minifig blisters are scarce and extraordinarily expensive these days. As far as inventory, though, nothing stood out in the 'Town Figures' package, with all torsos and accessories widely accessible:
➳ Female Doctor with a walkie-talkie
➳ Construction Worker in a blue shirt with a shovel
➳ Race Driver in a red helmet holding a wrench
➳ Female Figure with a broom (pretty sexist gender role determination, if you ask me)
