Summary: A latino Boy from Puerto Rico came to America with is Mom and older brother. One day he was in the car with his brother driving, who crashed the car. His brother died, while Miguel's wrist was injured. In America he was able to widen his array of technological intellect, helping create technology that reduced car crashes by 85%, but it was all rendered useless after the EMP.
