Do you want to repost it in a new model so that it appears in the front page? Or are you happy with this one?
Jeff

I'll repost it when all the missing parts will be added, so we can have the finished model on the frontpage. winking face

Yes stas is aware. I sent him a list of the little things that are inaccurate. Up to him to update it when he is free.

I didn't use any environment map for this render. I used point lights, etc.

Good catch VirusE, I've added them. BTW, thanks to Scrubs (I guess) for adding the cockpit parts to the model. Even if it's still not 100% complete, it looks a lot better now.

Still found that one of the four wheel disks on the rear top surface is different from the others. Not the detail is set.
Just noticed that my model when translating from LDD hoses disappeared behind:

By the way. Did you make corrugated pipes with a length of 208 mm? They are not in the library. 2 tubes of 104 mm?

My first version in 4K took 26min 20sec on a GTX 1080Ti.

I thought I would just quickly add these 3 parts before spreading the link. (Only public models submitted as set or minifig can be updated by admins).

If someone here could provide a good sticker scan of the sign, I'd be willing to do the missing decal of it. I'm already familiar with the necessary steps from doing the sign for the set 75144-1: Snowspeeder, see https://www.mecabricks.com/en/models/xGejerZMvKX

A usable photo of the legs of Chewbacca (sw532) would help, too. I'm not able to model the head piece, though (but do the decals for it)...

OMG, this thing is really huge (7424 parts - the biggest LEGO set ever, I believe)! And it shows, how incredibly well MB is dealing with sets of such enourmous size.

@Scrubs: really nice render! Cinematic quality, I'd say.

This set should be mentioned on each penis enlargement web page as a wet dream of any male LEGO fan, who at heart is still a child... *krchchch*

Not sure if the OP is still monitoring this but I'd love to know how you managed to get the engine lattices to curve in this fashion. I've wanted to do this for my rendition of 10179 for almost three years.

We've actually cheated and used flexible 3.2mm tubes ("Outer Cables") to recreate these parts. face with stuck-out tongue

Wow. I didn't even notice the difference until I looked closer. Those are pretty damned close to the real thing.

Click on the Editor tab. Then click on the File tab, and then on Export. Select the file format, and there you go.

Is there any way to import this to stud.io?
Jeff

No, you can only import .lxf, .ldr and .mpd files, IIRC.
