A couple things you could do are:
1. Use a different device. If they've blocked it on the entire WI-FI, then connect to a different Wifi.
2. Tell them that its a harmless program, and its really only for entertainment purposes, or
3. Find a way to UN-Block the site.

@Everyone Who is Mad at Lego Tech Crate (including myself): Just ignore him, I've been dealing with bullies on MB for a good three years now, and you can do nothing but ignore them. Nah I don't mind if he talks back . But @Digital_Guy4 I truly did leave for an entire year, and only posted 3 comments in that whole year's span - I never posted a model in that span either, nor a render. I did think I was going to have to leave once more when I came back from my absence, but circumstances worked out and I am able to sort of co-exist more so than not. So, while I have been coming back for a week, then going again LATELY, there was an entire year's stretch in which I was completely non-existent. I will say that that time made me appreciate MB quite a lot more than I ever have before.

Also I just realized that Digital_Dude4,000,000 may have been talking to Tech_Crate, not me.
