The "Tumbler" is a prototype armored tank designed by the Applied Sciences Division of Wayne Enterprises. Originally intended as a bridging vehicle for military with included weaponry and the ability to boost into a rampless jump, the "Tumbler" becomes Batman's vehicle of choice in "The Dark Knight" triology.

The whole design of the LEGO® "Tumbler" goes to Calin. It is based on the building instructions provided on Brickshelf, with some small changes made to the rear wheels and the color choice.
Upon other devices of the original, the brickbuilt version of the "Tumbler" includes the rear flaps to assist brakes, the vector-controlled jet engine on back of car for quick boosts or rampless jumps and a heavily armored front for a practical offensive attack ram.

If you want to use the LEGO® "Tumbler" model in any kind of art, please make sure to properly credit its author Calin to dignify the work he put into it.
