This ’89 #1952-1 'Milk Truck' set, also known as 'Dairy Tanker,' is a very basic yet unique piece of LEGO memorabilia. The 133-piece milk truck was released as a promotional set for a Danish milk manufacturer Danmarks Internationale Mejeri (MD Foods, later rebranded as Arla Foods). It was available exclusively in Denmark, and apparently only in very small quantities. Today, an unboxed mint set is going for as much as €1,750 (almost $2k), if you ever can find one!
Given how small is the inventory, such prices put Milk Truck at a truly astounding '~$15 per piece' mark. Just for comparison, some of the most expensive and desirable sets, such as #75252 Imperial Destroyer (4700p) or #10256 Taj Mahal (5900p), are at 36-38 cents per piece. Even the holy grail of them all, #75192 Ultimate Collector Millenium Falcon (7500p), barely climbs up to $0.50/p. The tiny 'sleeper' Dairy Truck just blows all them ultra-rare LEGO heavyweights out of the water. Who would’ve thought…

2. Replaced missing #3856 'Window 1 x 2 x 3 Shutter' >> #60603 'Window Glass 1x4x3'
3. Substituted a standard white #3010 'Brick 1x4' with #3010d41 (Legoland sticker)
4. Substituted a plain white 'Mini Upper Part' with 'Mini Upper Part - S Logo'
5. All the custom stickers are, obviously, missing
