ahhh, non-LEGO fans, failures of their childhood, truly they are, it's just not right, LEGO is a must need at all times, and there's something, something that shivers my bones, makes me feel alone, WHEN PEOPLE SAY LEGOS WHAT DA DOODLE THE PLURAL STAYS THE SAME,
I know dat. Lego is the name of the company buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut if think about it "lego's" is when you are building with A BUNCH lego.
Dimitri - (The best explanation I keep using,) the word “LEGO” is an uncountable noun. That’d be like saying “I owe Snakes monies”. Or “the sheeps graze in the field.”
@BrickyBoy22- We’re not trying to offend anyone who calls them, *takes deep breath, swallows bile moving up through throat.* legos or legoes. *throws up all over the ground. There I said it. We’re just having fun as well as informing people how to correctly say it.
@BB22- Could you explain how it is inappropriate? It just seems to me like you are angry because we are saying it differently and correcting your grammar.
This literally was posted about a week after I posted my "What I hate about Legos" model, where I got more than a couple of retorts concerning by incorrect grammar. *sigh* You LEGO nerds and your language.
Ducky - Us “English-speaking LEGO nerds” are here on a site created specifically for building with LEGO bricks. Don’t you think we should use the correct name of the thing that all brought us together? I mean—don’t be ridiculous, my good man!
