Recently I started watching Smallville and honestly it's pretty good. I don't love the teen drama bits but I like see Clark on his way to becoming Superman. There are bits of it that are weird like kryptonite or should I say "meteoroids" giving people super powers based on what happens around it and how Clark feels super weak around kryptonite but can fight against the kryptonite based superpowers and not have a single scratch. My Top 2 Favorite Characters are
1. Clark Kent (It's really nice to see Clark develop into a hero and watch him try to be normal when he the most not normal thing in Smallville. Its also a lot of fun to see his powers develop.)
2. Lex Luthor (One of the reasons I like this show is because it shows us Clark's backstory from when he and Lex were best friends before they became rivals.)
My favorite line from this show (from what I have seen of it) is when Lex and Clark were talking about to people who were friends that drifted apart Clark asked "You think that will ever happen to us Lex?" and Lex replied "Nah. Our friendship is gonna be the stuff of legends."
